Vanessa Dasilva is a brazilian artists who studied at London’s prestigious Royal College of Art. Her influences include her native home, as well as the specific ideological state apparatus that shapes our cultural values and beliefs. Her current solo show is taking place at Studio RCA, a delightful cacophony looking at the the way the world represents itself through the traditional flag. In this exposition each piece of work is an amalgam of many countries across the world; with a vision that we are one. Stranger than paradise runs from the 8th to the 28th January 2018.
